Control Cabinet Construction

  • Connection to the control system of our customers
  • Creation of high-level language programs C++
  • Creation of data blocks as required

Serial Production

Another essential focus of our activities at the site in Weissbach is the serial production

  • Serial production of control cabinets and control cabinet assemblies
  • Design, construction and assembly according to specific requirements of our customers
  • High efficiency through continuous optimization of the manufacturing processes
  • Complete machine assembly in our Darmstadt branch
  • Mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and commissioning according to customer specifications

Special Equipment Construction

  • Electronic and electromechanical assemblies in medium and small sized batches
  • In addition to electrical equipment, the focus is on the mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Fulfillment of high quality requirements including the demands from the military defense sector
  • Cable production according to the VG 95211 standard

Research and Development

  • Development of energy supply systems for commercial vehicles and other areas of application
  • System integration of fuel cell systems and electrical storage components
  • Over 20 years of experience with fuel cell systems, modular energy supply systems and their system components

 

The FLEXIVA development team worked on a hydrogen-powered tram as part of a collaborative project.

This energy supply solution for trams with PEM fuel cell systems and lithium titanate batteries was combined into a highly efficient overall tram concept.
